We understand that every seller has specific needs when it comes to their sale. For this reason, we provide you with a free in-home consultation to find out the specifics you want with your auction. Once we have discussed everything with you, we get right to work. We plan your sale accordingly.

When it comes to your items, we are open to selling them on-site or at our facility. Appropriate item can even be sold at one of our specialty antique and collectible auctions. Additionally, we price them, ensuring each product is researched and valued accurately. We are also careful to control crowds to protect your property.

Payment

After completing estate sales for our clients, we provide payments for the items we sell for our clients within 10 days of their auctions. If your items are sold online or to absentee bidders, payment may be delayed until funds have been secured or the item has been delivered to the buyer.

Paying us is also simple. Generally, we work on a commission of 30% of the gross sales. This amount can fluctuate higher or lower depending on the quality and volume of items as well as the labor required.
