Founded in 2001, Instant Auction & Estate Sales is a premier estate liquidator for commercial and residential clients. We have successfully performed dozens of antique and collectible auctions as well as many estate, business, and farm liquidations. When it comes to organizing sales, they are executed in a fast-paced and customer friendly manner. This adds to the enjoyment for buyers and achieves higher prices for the sellers who have hired us. We are also the first and only local auction to use a catalog for the convenience of our customers.

Meet Our Owner

Auctioneer Willy Weech is the founder and owner of our company. With over two decades of handling antiques and collectibles, he knows how to organize and run any sale. Willy has a strong background in selling sports memorabilia, rare books, paper items, and advertising items. This is due to his love of collecting baseball cards and stamps, which he did as a kid. He even sold sports memorabilia on eBay, starting in 1996. During that time, he also went to auctions and purchased items for resale. It was this hobby that got him interested in the auction business.

Due to his certification from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA), he has had the opportunity to help with the "Antiques Roadshow." The show stopped in Spokane, WA, in August of 2007, and Willy assisted as an appraiser.

Presently, Willy is always looking for a chance to help a seller. If you need an auction organized, he is at your service. Willy will sort, catalog, and handle your merchandise from beginning to end. This personal attention ensures the best possible price for your items.
